Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead architectural and interior projects from concept to completion. You will be the bridge between design and execution, managing a dedicated team of 2-3 designers while maintaining direct communication with clients and vendors. This role requires a balance of creative vision, technical precision, and strong project management.

Key Responsibilities

Independent Management: Own the project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery.

Team Leadership: Guide a team to produce high-quality technical drawings and design sets.

Site & Vendor Coordination: Manage on-site implementation, coordinate with contractors, and perform site visits to ensure design compliance.

Administrative Oversight: Handle all project documentation, including material procurement, vendor payments, and paperwork.

Client Collaboration: Interpret client requirements into innovative design concepts and maintain strong relationships throughout the process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Excel.

Leadership: Proven experience managing project timelines, budgets, and a small design team.

Project Systems: Familiarity with project management software and workflow integration.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and a problem-solver mindset.
