Job Title: Senior Architect

Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior Architect, you will lead and manage architectural and interior design projects while working closely with clients, consultants, vendors, and the project team.

• Lead the development of architectural and interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and office projects.
• Prepare and review detailed 2D and 3D drawings, working drawings, and design documentation.
• Develop design presentations and effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
• Conduct site visits, review measurements, and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Guide material, finish, furniture, and fixture selections in line with the design concept.
• Review drawings and ensure accuracy, functionality, design quality, and execution feasibility.
• Resolve design and site-related issues during the execution stage.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers.
• Take responsibility for projects from concept development through design and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in architecture and/or interior design.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, space planning, detailing, and project execution.
• Proficiency in relevant 2D/3D design and presentation software.
• Good communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
• Ability to independently handle project responsibilities and coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors.
