Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect who will be responsible for managing

and coordinating architectural and design activities across projects, ensuring seamless

integration between consultants, internal teams, and site execution while maintaining

design intent, quality, and timelines.

• Experience : 8 - 10 years of professional experience with Architect Firms only, with

at least one completed high-rise residential project.

• Strong understanding of architectural design and construction detailing

• Experience in design coordination for real estate projects

• Ability to manage multiple consultants and stakeholders

Scope/Accountabilities of the role:

• Design Coordination :

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of

design deliverables with project requirements.

• Drawing & Documentation Review:

Review architectural and allied design drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance

with project standards.

• Inter-Disciplinary Coordination:

Ensure effective coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and other design

disciplines.

• Design Compliance:

Ensure adherence to approved concepts, design guidelines, statutory norms, and quality

benchmarks.

• Site & Execution Support:

Provide design clarifications and support to site teams during execution to resolve design-

related issues.

• Stakeholder Communication:

Act as a central point of contact between design consultants, project teams, and

management.
