Senior ARC Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Accounting & Reporting Analyst to manage the end-to-end accounting and reporting processes for our assigned entities within the Exploration & Production (E&P) business. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for financial matters, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial statements, tax analysis, and reporting. You will also be responsible for maintaining a robust control environment and driving continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Reporting: Manage the accounting and reporting of revenue, receivables, and cash calls for gas, condensate, and crude. You will participate in the monthly and quarterly financial close, provide assurance on reported results, and prepare financial statements and audit schedules in compliance with IFRS and Indian GAAP.
• Audit & Compliance: Support multiple audits, including Indian GAAP, UK GAAP, and tax audits. You will deal with auditors requirements, manage submissions to regulatory bodies like the RBI, and ensure compliance with forex regulations.
• Fund Management: Efficiently manage funds, prepare cash forecasts, and coordinate with the treasury team for banking and forex-related queries. You will also be responsible for issuing Bank Guarantees and managing remittances.
• Control & Process Improvement: Maintain a strong control environment, identify and mitigate control risks, and support the review of Balance Sheet Assurance (BSA) reconciliations. You will proactively look for opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the main contact point for Business/Functions leadership teams. You will partner with local finance teams, technical teams, and the Operator to resolve queries and ensure smooth financial operations.
