Description

We are seeking Senior AR Caller with excellent English communication skills to join our team in Egmore, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in accounts receivable and a strong understanding of the medical billing process. They need to do patient calling, have strong command over English language and a very good attitude with excellent telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to healthcare providers to collect accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up actions taken.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and medical billing.
• Review and work on aged, high-value, denied, underpaid and partially paid claims Identify revenue leakage, missed billing opportunities and payment discrepancies 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Clear pronunciation, appropriate American English usage, and strong listening and comprehension skills. Proficiency in MS Office and RCM/Billing softwares.

Salary Budget: 3.5-7.5 LPA

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Location: Egmore, Chennai

Food provided free of cost. Sat and Sun fixed week off.
