JOB DESCRIP
TIONWe are looking for a Research Lead (AI/ML/CV) for our Computer Vision team at Spyne. An ideal candidate will be someone with 3+ years of deep AI/CV/LLMs and Deep Learning skills. This is a senior IC research position for someone who enjoys building new architectures, pushing boundaries in generative vision + LLMs, and designing large-scale AI systems that ship to production. This is not a paper-writing job. This is a build the thing nobody has built before

YOUR RESPONSIBI
- LITIESDesign and train novel CV, LLM, and multimodal architectures optimized for dealership work
- flows.Build generative pipelines that transform raw images, video, or speech into structured, high-value ou
- tputs.Conduct applied research on diffusion models, retrieval-augmented LLMs, 3D reconstruction, and voice m
- odels.Write clean, reproducible research code with rigorous experiment
- ation.Collaborate with infra teams to deploy your models at scale with low latency and high
- uptimeWork closely with the AI Research Manager and Product to define future research t
racks.
JOB REQUI
- REMENTSPhD in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject from a prestigious university or Masters with deep Computer Vision and GANs project expe
- rience.Authored publications at peer-reviewed AI conferences (e.g. NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, ICLR, ICCV, a
- nd ACL.2-5 years in Computer Vision, deep learning, generative modeling, or LLM re
- search.Strong understanding of diffusion, transformers, 3D vision, and multimodal model archite
- ctures.Ability to train large and small language models efficiently and debug complex training be
- havior.Strong mathematical grounding in optimization, probabilistic modeling, representation le
- arning.Experience deploying research to production is highly
- valued.Demonstrated ability to independently explore, prototype, and ship r
esults.
