We are looking for an ALM Platform Support Engineer (L3) with strong experience in enterprise DevOps/ALM platform support.

Must-Have Skills:

GitLab Administration & L3 Support

SonarQube

JFrog Artifactory

CI/CD Pipeline Troubleshooting

ITIL – Incident, Problem & Change Management

Linux/Unix & Shell/Python Scripting

REST APIs & Webhooks

Log Analysis & RCA

Good to Have:

Polarion / ALM Platforms

AWS

Docker / Kubernetes

Terraform / Ansible

Monitoring & Observability
