In this role, you will drive end-to-end data architecture across ingestion, transformation, storage, and access layers, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise and regulatory requirements. You will partner closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to modernize ETL pipelines and transform complex legacy data workloads into efficient, cloud-native solutions. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing, and debugging software applications or operating systems. As a Senior Application Software Engineer, you will own the software design and development for major components of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure. You should be both a solid coder and a distributed systems generalist, able to dive deep into any part of the stack and low-level systems and design broad distributed system interactions. You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn.
This is a high-impact position focused on delivering reliable, high-performance analytics platforms that enable critical insights while maintaining strict standards for security, compliance, and operational excellence.
