What you'll build:
. You will help SAP customers in Asia Pacific turn emerging SAP BTP and AI capabilities into real, production-intent solutions. This role sits at the intersection of customer delivery, product innovation, and technical feedback-shaping both successful implementations and the future direction of SAP's platform.
. You will help implement customer solutions using SAP BTP technologies, including custom agents, intelligent apps with BDC, AI Core integrations, and workflow tools such as n8n. You will apply best practices while growing your expertise through hands-on project work.
. You will work with your associated product manager and development architect, and with customer representatives to support implementation projects based on the latest SAP technology.
. You will constantly stay on top of our latest product releases to assess suitability for customer use cases and trade-offs.
. You will collaborate on structured product feedback documents per engagement and engage with the corresponding Product Management and Architecture teams to convey the feedback.
. You will assist in creating sample implementations, configuration examples, and enablement materials that help the broader team and future customers adopt new SAP technologies more easily.
What you bring:
. 8+ years in software engineering, application development, or solution architecture
. Strong hands-on experience building cloud applications and backend services
. Experience with one or more languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java
. Experience building or contributing to AI/LLM-based applications, or strong interest in applying AI patterns in enterprise scenarios.
. Ability to work directly with customers, architects, and technical stakeholders
. Strong communication skills in English
Nice to have
. SAP BTP development experience
. Familiarity with workflow automation and orchestration tools
. Exposure to agent frameworks or emerging interaction protocols

. You help customers move from exploration to working, production-intent innovations built on SAP BTP.
. You turn project learnings into reusable reference patterns and actionable product feedback for SAP teams.

As BTP PM Regional implementation Group (RIG), we make early technology adoption at customers real. We are a handson unit within the BTP Product Management, which accelerates customer adoption of the latest SAP technologies, supporting customers to define and implement AIcentric scenarios. These early adopter projects will validate product innovations in the field, create repeatable, productionintent reference cases, and tangible product feedback early in the product lifecycle.
