Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise:
- Sound technical knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery, especially compression machines, capsule filling machines, and other related equipment.
- Customer Requirement Analysis:
- Understand customer/user requirements and convert leads into confirmed orders by preparing detailed technical scopes and quotations.
- Site Visits & Inspection:
- Visit customer sites for inspection, retrofitting, and upgradation of existing machinery.
- Issue Resolution:
- Provide effective and timely solutions to customer issues and requirements, ensuring high satisfaction and technical accuracy.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of pharma machinery operations and applications
- Ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions
- Experience in preparing technical documentation and quotations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions
- Problem-solving mindset with hands-on experience in machine inspection and upgrades
