In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide strategy to sales channel and collaborate with regional sales to grow Flow Controls market share in the industry
- Leverage products, industry knowledge, and process solutions to drive Fisher-NO Equal belief with customers
- Support the project & MRO business and engage in early end user influence of valve Specs
- Develop industry-specific Fisher valve solution to solve customer control valve problems
- Create Industry solution knowledge base, develop QBR and valve reference list
- Drive Site Account Plan and collaborate with the regional group to grow Fisher Installed Base Business
- Identify target valve application and customer sites with sales channel and Region BDM
- Support sales channel through Industry expertise gained from market knowledge and industry experience
- Work with project pursuit and regional groups to design quote/pricing strategies that maximize orders and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and participate in the marketing needs of BU

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Hands-on knowledge and experience of control valves sizing & selection
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Creating portfolios as evidence for your competency element as part of structured continued further education in engineering
- Awareness of internal and industry standards as related to position responsibility (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Chemical / Metallurgical Engineering
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to pitch the solution for applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ready to take up any new challenges
- Experience in Handling large projects and Inhouse engineering experience
