Job Purpose
The Senior Application Developer will collaborate with our internal teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions and .NET framework. The Senior Application Developer will be responsible for creating applications from the ground up, configuring existing systems, and providing user support.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
- Test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code
- Improve existing software
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
- Use, protect and disclose patients protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards
- Understand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures at all times
- Limit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum as necessary to perform assigned duties
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 10-15 years experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
- Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET)
- Solid experience with front-end technologies, particularly Angular (v19+) and TypeScript, along with HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience working with Infrastructure Support Systems (ISS), including building, integrating, or maintaining systems related to monitoring, deployment, system reliability, security, or enterprise infrastructure services.
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Work Setup: Remote
- Work Schedule: Mondays – Fridays 9AM – 5PM EST (Night Shift)
- Must possess a smart-phone or electronic device capable of downloading applications, for multifactor authentication and security purposes
- Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area; Sit; perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, computer peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear
- Mental Demands: The employee must be able to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress
- Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal
