Job Summary: 

We are looking for an experienced Application Architect to lead application separation and transformation initiatives. The role involves defining migration strategies, supporting clean room environments, and driving Day-1 and Day-365 readiness for business-critical applications. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead application separation assessments across the portfolio 
• Define migration strategies per application, including: 
• Pre-TSA migration 
• Lift & Shift 
• Rebuild / Replace 
• Remain on TSA 
• Own and drive Day-1 and Day-365 intent decisions 
• Develop and maintain application heat maps for decision-making 
• Support clean room design for systems such as: 
• ERP 
• CRM 
• Payroll 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration wave groupings 
• Feed structured plans into the migration backlog and execution roadmap 
• Work closely with business, IT, and program teams to ensure smooth transition 

Required Skills: 

• Strong experience in Application Architecture / Enterprise Architecture 
• Hands-on experience in application migration and transformation programs 
• Good understanding of: 
• TSA (Transition Service Agreements) 
• Application rationalization 
• Cloud migration strategies 
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, Payroll systems 
• Ability to create architecture artifacts (heat maps, roadmaps, strategy docs) 
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in large-scale transformation or carve-out programs 
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) 
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification (good to have)
