Position: Senior Appian Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Appian Lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-level BPM applications using Appian. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Appian architecture, process modeling, and integration with external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of Appian applications.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Implement best practices in Appian design, coding, and deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in Appian development.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Appian solutions for performance and scalability.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Appian BPM Suite (latest versions).
• Experience with Appian SAIL, process models, records, and reports.
• Knowledge of web services, REST APIs, and integrations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred:

• Appian Level 2 or Level 3 certification.
