Are you a hands-on Senior Appian Developer with experience in enterprise applications, AI-powered document processing and complex system integrations

We're looking for two experienced Senior Appian Developers to support the implementation, upgrade and stabilisation of DocCenter and AI Assist capabilities within a client environment.

This is an opportunity to apply your technical expertise across Appian development, AI-enabled document workflows and enterprise application delivery.

What you'll be doing:

• Install, configure and upgrade Appian DocCenter, AI Document Center and Document Compare applications.
• Manage application imports and exports, resolve complex object conflicts and troubleshoot dependencies.
• Develop and maintain Appian process models, SAIL interfaces, expressions, constants, record types and integrations.
• Configure AI Skills, LLMs, document extraction and validation workflows.
• Implement AI Assist business rules to validate purchase orders, quotes, contracts and customer information.
• Support database scripts, plugin verification and environment configuration.
• Collaborate with QA teams to resolve defects, optimise performance and support regression testing.
• Prepare deployment packages and maintain technical documentation.

What we're looking for:

5+ years of hands-on Appian development experience.

Strong knowledge of Appian process models, SAIL interfaces, expressions and record types.

Experience with application deployments, imports/exports and conflict resolution.

Strong understanding of document management workflows, REST APIs, integrations and SQL.

Ability to troubleshoot complex application dependencies independently.

Desirable experience:

• Appian AI Skills, document extraction and LLM integrations.
• Appian DocCenter / AI Document Center implementations.
• Document Compare implementation and customisation.
• Appian Certified Senior Developer qualification.

What will set you apart

Direct experience upgrading, customising or troubleshooting Appian document processing applications, particularly those incorporating AI-powered extraction and document comparison capabilities.
