Position : Senior Appian Developer - AI & Intelligent Automation

Experience : 5-10 years of Appian development experience

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Appian Developer with strong expertise in Appian

application development and enterprise workflow automation, combined with hands-on

experience in Appian AI capabilities, intelligent document processing, and AI-driven business

process automation. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable

low-code solutions that leverage AI to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications using the Appian platform.

Lead solution design discussions and translate business requirements into scalable Appian solutions.

Build complex process models, SAIL interfaces, business rules, records, integrations, and reports.

Knowledge of Appian AI skill is must

Design AI-enabled workflows for document extraction, email processing, contract analysis, and business process automation.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives.

Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce Appian best practices.

Support production deployments, performance tuning, and application governance.

Contribute to solution accelerators, reusable frameworks, and innovation initiatives.

Experience with Maria DB

Experience with enterprise integrations and middleware platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

Appian Certified Senior Developer (Mandatory)

Appian Certified Lead Developer (Preferred)

Experience delivering AI-powered automation solutions.

Experience in Life Sciences and Healthcare

Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
