Senior API Integration Engineer – Salesforce/Marketo

About the Job

We are seeking a Senior API Integration Engineer with strong experience in building and supporting API-driven integrations across CRM and marketing automation platforms, specifically involving Salesforce and/or Adobe Marketo Engage.

This role is focused on designing and maintaining scalable, secure integrations between CRM systems, marketing platforms, and custom business applications in enterprise environments.

Core Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain API-based integrations involving Salesforce, Marketo, and custom applications

- Implement and support bi-directional data synchronization workflows across systems

- Handle data mapping, transformation, and validation

- Troubleshoot API issues, sync failures, and data inconsistencies

- Ensure data integrity and secure API usage

Required Skills

- Strong experience with REST APIs /Web-Services (mandatory)

- Experience in system and application integrations

- Proficiency in one: Python / Node.js / PHP / .NET

- Data synchronization work-flows

- Working knowledge of JSON, SQL, data mapping

- Understanding of OAuth / API authentication

- Hands-on experience with - Salesforce integrations/APIs and/or Marketo integrations/APIs

Nice to have

- Experience integrating Marketo with Salesforce

- Exposure to integration tools / cloud platforms

Qualifications

- B.Tech/M.Tech degree in relevant field

- 5+ years experience with software engineering / Backend API integrations

- Salesforce or Marketo REST API integrations experience is good to have

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
