About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Animator who lives at the intersection of motion design, newage social editing, and AIpowered creativity. Someone who understands not just how to animate, but how to stylise content for social, make it feel fresh, current, and thumbstopping, and elevate every visual through clever design + motion instincts.

This role demands a strong foundation in animationanda curiosity to push boundaries using AI tools for stylisation, motion generation, visual transformation, and workflow acceleration.

You'll build the motion language for non fiction films, explainers, UI demos, microcontent, storydriven AI videos, brand education assets, and modern social formats that blend design, edit, and motion graphics.

Location:Delhi

Experience:5+ years

CTC: up to 10 LPA

Annual Retention Bonus: 10% of the above CTC (released on completion of one year; subject to being on payroll and not serving notice period)

Key Responsibilities

Motion Design & Animation

• Create polished, highquality2D animations, motion graphics, kinetic type, UI motion, and mixedmedia videos.
• Buildstylised, modern, socialfirst animation aestheticsthat reflect current design culture
• Develop visually striking frames, layouts, and motion systems from concept boards animation.
• Ideate with the creative team and contribute to visual design for videos.
  

New-Age Social Editing & Stylisation

• Craftfastpaced social edits(Reels, Shorts, formats), using:
• text overlays
• rhythmic cutting
• punchy transitions
• dynamic crops
• mixed media (footage + graphics) and more
• Experiment with new visual formats, split-screen dynamics, beat-synced edits, and mixedrealitystyle motion.
  

AI-Driven Motion & Video Stylization

• Use AI tools (Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney,Kling, Pika, Higgsfield) to:
• BuildAI-inspired visual looksfor authority content, explainers, and story-based AI videos.
  

Editing & Post-Production

• Lead motion graphics videos across 2D, 2.5 D, Stock footage and mixed media formats.
• Work with editors ato combine footage, designs, and motion into cohesive outputs.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with:
• Editors
• Copywriters (for narrative-driven cuts and explainers)
• Creative Producers
• AI specialists (prompt motion conversions)
• Help build a library of templates, presets, transitions, LUTs, and design systems that elevate team output.
  

Trend Tracking & Innovation

• Continuously research:
• New animation styles
• Social design aesthetics
• Viral video editing techniques
• AI tools and emerging motion workflows
• Bring fresh references and experiment-driven prototypes to the team weekly.
