Job Profile: Senior Angular Developer
We are looking for an experienced Senior Angular Developer to head our frontend development team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Angular and TypeScript, along with proven leadership skills to manage team deliverables, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely project execution.
Job Responsibility
- Lead and mentor the frontend development team, providing technical guidance and support.
- Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and progress tracking to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Oversee code reviews, code merging, and best practices to maintain high code quality.
- Drive application deployment processes and maintain the CI/CD pipeline.
- Monitor and track deliveries, proactively addressing any risks or bottlenecks.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination across development, product, and QA teams.
- Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and advocate for continuous improvement.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript in building large-scale, high-performance web applications.
- Proven experience in frontend team management, including task allocation and sprint tracking.
- Strong knowledge of application deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
- Excellent understanding of frontend architecture, code review processes, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with modern build tools and testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus .
