Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Angular, .NET, and AWS Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise-scale applications, leading development teams, and delivering cloud-native solutions on AWS. The candidate should have proven experience managing and mentoring teams of 5–10 engineers while driving technical excellence and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Angular, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality processes.
• Architect and develop RESTful APIs and high-performance backend services using .NET Core and AWS services.
• Design and implement Microservices and Micro Frontend architectures on AWS.
• Integrate APIs with relational databases and optimize application performance.
• Develop and maintain API documentation, specifications, and unit tests.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and API-related issues.
• Monitor application and API performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive code reviews, technical discussions, solution design, and architectural decisions.
