Job Description

What You'll Do

Design and develop advanced Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Participate in architectural reviews and tech planning discussions.
Mentor and support junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing

What You Know

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
8-10+ years of Android development experience.
Strong proficiency in Kotlin (Java is a plus).
Deep understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components (e.g., Navigation, ViewModel, LiveData, Room).
Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
Strong understanding of design patterns such as MVVM/MVI.
Familiarity with modern development tools (Android Studio, Gradle, Git).
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs (Retrofit, Glide, Coroutines, etc.).
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Experience with Google Play Store deployment and release management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
