We are looking for a passionate Senior Android Developer to design, build, and maintain the Android version of our product. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of the Android platform, its features, and functionality. You should have strong expertise in developing applications using the Android SDK and related tools, and be enthusiastic about building high-quality mobile experiences.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement new features for Android applications using Kotlin.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to create visually appealing and intuitive mobile applications.
Write and review unit tests to ensure robustness, including edge cases, usability, and overall reliability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure application performance and stability.
Work closely with senior developers to enhance skills and contribute to team success.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends and technologies.
Requirements
B.Tech / B.E. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Kotlin and a solid understanding of Android application development.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party libraries and SDKs.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), threading/concurrency, unit testing, and MVVM/BLoC architecture.
Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and version control systems, preferably Git.
