Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Statistics
- 4-6 or more years of experience working with Web Analytics, Mobile Measurement Platforms, Tag Management Platforms, Visualization Platforms, Google BigQuery
- Hands-on experience managing large digital marketing data sets to deriving insights
- Hands on experience on CRO tools such as VWO, Dynamic Yield
- Limited Working experience with scripting languages like R, Python, etc
- Must have a clear understanding of Google Marketing Platform, and how to leverage the Google stack to the greatest advantage of clients
- Strong analytical, visual thinking and communication with the ability to identify business questions, pain points and opportunities, analyse quantitative and qualitative data and develop actionable recommendations
- Ability to clearly communicate processes, strategies and requirements to internal and external stakeholders
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and own the analysis of highly complex data sources, identifying trends and patterns in data and make recommendations based on analysis results
- Ability to recommend the right tests on CRO platforms leveraging the insights from the analytics platforms
- Perform root cause analysis on complex data anomalies and working closely data stewards to defi ne best practice
- Analyze data and generate insights in form of revenue/growth prediction, trends and anomalies, customer segmentation, pathing analysis and more
- Facilitate review sessions with management, business users and other team members
- Work closely with the project management teams to drive delivery and engagement
- Drive performance of analytics and tagging capabilities to impact overall business results
- Provide support and mentorship to the team members, ensuring they are progressively able to take on more complex tasks and upskill others
- Find opportunities to cross-sell other services, including data analysis, attribution analysis, ad-tech, CRM integration, marketing automation, etc
- Able to manage projects and delegate work seamlessly amongst the team members, to ensure that all deliverables are as per the standards within the given timelines.

- SQL, R and Python (recommended)
- Google/Adobe Analytics, CRO/Personalization Platforms Tag Management, Mobile Measurement Platforms, Google BigQuery (recommended)
