Senior Analytics Manager
Job Description
Key Deliverables
- Lead data-driven decision-making through deep analytics and reporting frameworks.
- Identify root causes and drive solutions to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Fulfillment to exceed KPIs.
- Enable strategic business planning via actionable insights and stakeholder engagement.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage analytics projects end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy and insight quality.
- Guide a team of 7–10 analysts, building capabilities and promoting process innovation.
- Translate business needs into analytical problems and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop tools and dashboards that influence key business decisions and growth.
