About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant.

In this role, you will:

Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors

Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs

Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements

Lead or participate on large cross group projects

Mentor less experienced staff

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualification

Bachelor's degree required postgraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field preferred

Strong experience in analytics, reporting, and/or data modeling

Advanced knowledge of relational databases (Teradata, DB2, Oracle, MS SQL, etc.)

Working knowledge of GCP / Big Query and modern cloud data platforms

Proven experience in Data Quality, Data Profiling, and Data Controls

Expertise in analytics and programming tools such as SAS, SQL, Python

Experience with BI and automation tools including Power BI, Tableau, Report Builder, Power Automate

Hands‑on experience with Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and predictive or machine‑learning‑based assessments

Strong domain knowledge of Wealth Management, Banking, Lending, and Trust products

Understanding of RCSA (Risk Control Self‑Assessment) and its application within banking and regulatory frameworks

Experience using AI and Generative AI for analytics transformation and process automation

Familiarity with Agile / iterative development methodologies

Experience with source control (GitHub) and project tracking tools (JIRA)

Experience with Microsoft BI stack and data modeling

Work timing 1:30pm to 10:30pm
