About the Role:
Wolters Kluwer is seeking a motivated and talented professional as an Xactly Product Development Internal Consultant (Senior Analyst) to join a newly created Incentive Compensation & Planning COE that will support 5 core divisions, approximately 55 subsidiaries, and 3,000+ sellers across 140+ countries. The COE will partner with the various Divisions & Business Units whileremaininga strong partner to the Sales Transformation team within the Corporate Strategy, Innovation, and M&A Group.
In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to develop new capabilities in Xactly that will drive operational excellence to Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, HR, and other partnering functions globally.You'llbeleveragingSales data toprovideactionable insights that drive business decisions with Xactly. This role involves advanced data analysis, building predictive models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams tooptimizeprocesses and strategies. as well as partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ideate & develop scalable solutions that drive sales performance excellence andultimatelyboostrevenue.
Responsibilities:
Analyze large datasets toidentifytrends, patterns, and opportunities for growth using Xactly Apps
Present complex data in a clear, actionable format for stakeholders Using Xactly
Execute and monitor Xactlysales andanalytics.
Assistin the coordination and implementation of salesanalytics projectsusing Xactly
Partner with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to align Xactly analytics with business objectives
Maintain and improve sales Xactly analytics processes and tool
Calculate and verify sales compensation and incentive payouts.
Support deployment of Xactly analytics solutions and other BItools (Ifrequired)
Support data integrity initiatives within sales systems.
Assistinidentifyingopportunities for process improvements.
Participate in the development and administration of training materials
Assistin analyzing sales performance metrics.
Provide support for salessystemsandtoolutilization.
Skills & Experiences:
4-6yearswith Sales Comp related responsibilities (preferred), or 0 to 3 years with Sales Operations, Financial systems, Business Intelligence systems, or Workforce systems
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field
Xactly Administrator Certification(s), or ability to obtain after onboarding
Experience in sales compensation administration, sales operations, sales performance, or system(s) configuration is preferred, other hard and soft skills are relevant ability to obtain Xactly certifications is necessary after onboarding
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insightful analytics from complex data
Ability to collaborate and build relationships across various teams.

Planning and organizational skills
Excellent data management skills
Strong PC skills with a good understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, and coding languages(specificallySQL)
Coding: SQL (beginner to intermediate)
Nice to Have:
Certification(s) in Analytics systems are preferred, but notrequired(i.e.Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio)
Certification(s) in Sales Compensation or Sales Operations systems are preferred, but notrequired(i.e.Xactly, Varicent, SAP-Callidus, Anaplan,etc)
