Your impact
We are looking for a skilled UX Designer with 4–5 years of experience to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging and effective user journeys.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visually compelling and usable designs
- Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant solutions
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve product experience
- Maintain design consistency using design systems and guidelines
- Participate in design reviews and stakeholder presentations
Here's what you'll need
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with usability testing and research methodologies
- Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
