Context & Job Purpose
As the Senior Analyst, you will be involved in managing and supporting robust and scalable data pipelines on a modern data platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams for issue coordination and ticket handling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering support, with working exposure to Kubernetes environment.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Support data batch load from various source systems to pull data from different databases, flat files and storages.
- Ticket handing and issue management with exposure to any of in market Ticket management tools like Service now.
- Validate loaded data by writing SQL and preparing reports
- Regular status report to various stakeholders
- Issue management and work coordination with in team and other support team.
- Handle environment upgrade as and when needed.
Experience And Qualification Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work
- 5+ years experience in support work with Data engineering stream
- Excellent exposure to SQL
- Primary skill with SQL, with excellent exposure in managing data loads
- Decent programming skills in (Python, Java)
- Comfortable in night shift working
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge on Kubernetes infrastructure
