Our client is looking for aSenior Analyst, Total Rewards Analytics & Delivery to join their global team.This role sits within a cross-functional international setup, focused on delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient Total Rewards processes. The position plays a key part in supporting initiatives such as job evaluation and annual compensation cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Job Evaluation Support: Manage and coordinate job evaluation requests by gathering required information, performing initial grade assessments, and facilitating discussions with stakeholders and evaluation teams
• Ticket Management: Oversee the Total Rewards queue in ServiceNow, responding to queries, routing requests to subject matter experts, and creating standardized response templates for efficiency
• Benchmarking Activities: Assist in compensation benchmarking processes, including survey submissions and salary range development through structured data preparation and analysis
• Annual Compensation Cycle: Support end-to-end compensation review processes by tracking requests, ensuring data integrity, generating reports, and assisting with data cleanup and validation
• Regulatory Tracking: Keep up to date with global compensation regulations, assess their impact, and recommend necessary changes to ensure compliance
• Pay Equity Analysis: Conduct periodic pay equity reviews using analytical tools, interpret findings, and present insights and recommendations through clear visual reporting
• Process Enhancement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute ideas to optimize Total Rewards operations

What We're Looking For

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of MS Office tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage processes end-to-end with excellent organizational skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Experience working in global or cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow is an added advantage
