Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and configure warehouse processes and storage control strategies using SAP EWM (process-oriented and layout-oriented approaches).
- Implement and optimize EWM placement and storage controls using BAdI enhancements.
- Configure and support RF scanner-based warehouse execution and Fiori applications.
- Manage EGF configuration, Handling Unit (HU) management, and complex warehouse movement scenarios.
- Handle EWM document archiving and ensure efficient warehouse data management.
- Support integration between SAP EWM and SAP ECC, including coordination with APO in shared landscapes.
- Enable label printing and support integrations with MFS and third-party warehouse systems such as Kardex or other storage control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of warehouse solutions.
Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM and SAP HANA for warehouse management solutions.
- Good understanding of warehouse processes, storage control strategies, and logistics execution.
- Experience in EWM configuration, including BAdI enhancements, RF framework, and Fiori applications.
- Knowledge of integration between SAP EWM, SAP ECC, and related systems such as APO.
- Familiarity with handling unit management, EGF configuration, and warehouse automation integrations.
- Exposure to implementation projects and end-to-end warehouse solution delivery is an added advantage.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
