Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implement and support SAP PM/EAM solutions across maintenance and asset management processes.
- Configure and maintain:
- Equipment master data
- Functional locations
- Maintenance notifications
- Maintenance orders
- Task lists
- Maintenance plans
- Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide optimized maintenance solutions.
- Integrate SAP PM with modules such as MM, PP, QM, and FI/CO.
- Support asset lifecycle management and reliability-centered maintenance initiatives.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and end-user support.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.
- Participate in data migration, cutover, training, and deployment activities.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance standards, safety procedures, and operational KPIs.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of SAP PM/EAM functional experience.
- At least 1-2 end-to-end SAP PM/EAM implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of maintenance operations and asset management processes.
- Experience working in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
Preferred Skills
- SAP Mobility / SAP Asset Manager exposure
- Knowledge of predictive maintenance concepts
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications for PM/EAM
- Understanding of integration with IoT or Industry 4.0 solutions
- Basic ABAP debugging knowledge
- SAP PM/EAM certification preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
