We are looking for experienced professionals for the role of Senior Analyst – RMG to join our growing team in Pune.

Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end resource management and allocation

• Demand vs Supply planning and fulfilment

• Utilization and billability tracking

• Bench management and governance

• Capacity planning aligned with business goals

• Coordination with internal stakeholders, vendors, and hiring teams

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
