About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled
QA Engineer with strong experience in
Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Test Planning, Execution, and Defect Management. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality software by designing comprehensive test strategies, executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and execute Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases based on functional & non-functional requirements.
- Perform Manual Testing and contribute to QA Automation by creating and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Conduct Functional, Regression, Smoke, Performance, and Non-Functional Testing as per project needs.
- Carry out comprehensive System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
- Execute testing activities across Agile Scrum sprints and ensure alignment with Acceptance Criteria.
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard Bug Tracking / Defect Management tools.
- Ensure all QA artifacts are well-maintained including Test Documentation, Test Reports, Traceability Matrices, etc.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Refinements, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Continuously improve testing processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Required Skills- Strong knowledge of Manual Testing and hands-on experience in QA Automation.

- Experience with Agile Scrum practices and understanding of Acceptance Criteria.
- Knowledge of Defect Management and experience using bug-tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.).
- Basic understanding of API Testing (Postman/Swagger).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and version control (Git).
