Key Responsibilities:
Product Management
- Implement and configure Oracle EPM Cloud applications (PBCS or PCMCS)
- Manage allocation processes, HPCM or PCMCS allocation models, design, and rules
- Work with Essbase Calc Manager and understand its functions, rules, and formulas
- Configure multidimensional models, reports, dashboards, and application metadata
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle Cloud EPM releases and best practices
- Identify gaps in Oracle solutions vs. business requirements
Bug & User Issue Resolution
- Coordinate with Oracle Support to resolve issues and implement enhancements
- Conduct UAT and secure sign-offs
- Provide guidance on fitment of requirements in Oracle Cloud EPM
- Support DRM process to manage MDM requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, suggest workarounds
Delivery & Stakeholder Management
- Prioritize requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Perform requirement analysis and provide clarifications to the development team
- Conduct meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on progress and challenges
- Document and communicate outcomes and recommendations
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Perform smoke testing where required
