The Senior Analyst Procurement will support end-to-end procurement activities for NSDC, ensuring efficient, transparent, and compliant sourcing of goods, services, and consulting assignments. The role involves vendor management, contract administration, preparation of RFPs, supporting bid evaluations, and ensuring adherence to procurement policies, regulatory guidelines, and project requirements.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport annual procurement planning in alignment with organizational and project needs.
Conduct market research, price benchmarking, and spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Assist in developing procurement strategies, category plans, and sourcing frameworks.
Draft and administer RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and other solicitation documents.
Coordinate pre-bid meetings, vendor queries, and bid clarifications.
Manage the bid submission process and ensure compliance with NSDC procurement guidelines.
Support technical and financial bid evaluations and prepare evaluation reports.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors in alignment with NSDC standards.
Maintain vendor performance records and assist in periodic vendor assessments.
Prepare contract agreements, track contract milestones, and support contract renewals or amendments.
Ensure SLAs, quality parameters, and timelines are met by vendors.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with NSDC policies, government norms, and audit requirements.
Maintain accurate procurement documentation and support internal/external audits.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, contract trackers, and procurement status updates for leadership.
Support process improvements and digital procurement initiatives (ERP/e-procurement systems).
Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Legal, Operations, and Projects for procurement needs.
Communicate procurement timelines, requirements, and updates to stakeholders.
Provide advisory support on procurement best practices.
Experience: 69 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain roles, preferably in development sector, government ecosystem, consulting, or large organizations.
Experience in public sector procurement, World Bank/ADB guidelines, or government e-procurement will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tendering, and contract management.
Ability to draft RFPs and manage bid evaluation processes.
Familiarity with ERP/e-procurement systems.
