Job Description

Role: Senior Analyst

Reporting to COO

Qualification IHM or Graduate plus Masters in Finance or Analytics or Math's or Marketing

Experience - 5 to 8years in Revenue management, Finance or Operations in hotels Industry.

The candidate must have excellent analytical skills, needs to be proficient with Microsoft excel, MS Power platform, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI related tools and have excellent communication skills.

Job Role

  1. Collate relevant and detailed information from all operating hotels including all revenue and cost centers along with KPI's.
  2. Analyze aberrations, best practices of revenue and cost centers of all hotels.
  3. Compare revenue and costs against all hotels and competition.
  4. Create formats for comparing and benchmarking hotels performance.
  5. Suggest changes in approach or strategy to bring long-term value to each hotel.
  6. Keep oneself updated and share new trends and best practices in hotels.
  7. Set up monthly review calls with hotels.
  8. Maintain minutes of all reviews with hotels.
  9. Build relationships to understand practices for increasing operational excellence and profitability.
  10. Analyze all budgets, business plans and capex for operational excellence.
  11. Introducing business intelligence (BI) tools to encourage informed, data-driven decisions.
  12. Coordinate with all hotels and brand leadership teams to increase profitability and enhance positioning of the hotel.
  13. Formulate a process to measure and control FF&E funds for all hotels.
  14. Coordinate with other functions of Prestige for collaborations that enhance Brand position and business.
  15. Research and identify partners to collaborate with hotel operators to enhance operations and build value.
  16. All other responsibilities assigned by the COO.
