CTC Range: ₹6–8 LPA

About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and execution-oriented professional to lead and manage employee volunteering initiatives across Mphasis. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and reporting of volunteering programs while driving employee participation and engagement across locations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in CSR, volunteering, employee engagement, NGO partnerships, or community development programs, with strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Volunteering Program Management

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of Mphasis employee volunteering initiatives across India.
  • Develop and execute annual volunteering calendars aligned with CSR priorities.
  • Coordinate virtual, onsite, and skills-based volunteering opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless planning, logistics, implementation, and post-event reporting.

Volunteering Platform Management

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the employee volunteering platform.
  • Manage volunteer registrations, event creation, participation tracking, and reporting dashboards.
  • Coordinate with platform vendors and internal technology teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor volunteer hours and participation metrics to ensure data accuracy.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with CSR teams, BUs, HR, employee resource groups, and regional champions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with NGO partners and implementation agencies.
  • Facilitate communication between volunteers, partner organizations, and internal stakeholders.

Employee Engagement & Communications

  • Drive awareness and participation through targeted engagement campaigns.
  • Develop volunteer communication materials, newsletters, success stories, and impact reports.
  • Support recognition and reward programs for volunteers and volunteering champions.

Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance

  • Track volunteering participation, hours contributed, beneficiary reach, and impact metrics.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for leadership review.
  • Maintain documentation, records, and evidence for CSR reporting requirements.
  • Support audits, impact assessments, and internal governance processes as required.

CSR Operations

  • Employee contributions to be shared with NGO's monthly.
  • Onboarding New CSR Partners/Vendors on to our System.
  • Due diligence to be checked before onboarding

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, Management, Communications, Development Studies, or related disciplines.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Social Work, CSR, Sustainability, or Development Management is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in CSR, employee volunteering, employee engagement, NGO management, or community development programs.

Required Skills

  • Strong project and event management skills.
  • Experience managing volunteering or employee engagement platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with corporate CSR teams, foundations, or non-profit organizations.
  • Exposure to employee volunteering, workplace giving, or community engagement programs.
  • Familiarity with CSR regulations, reporting frameworks, and impact measurement.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale volunteer events across multiple locations.

  • Volunteer hours contributed.
  • Number and quality of volunteering engagements delivered.
  • Employee satisfaction and engagement scores.
  • Timely reporting and data accuracy.
  • Stakeholder and NGO partner satisfaction.

Compensation: ₹6–8 LPA (based on experience and fitment)
