Role Summary:

The T&E Senior Analyst supports end-to-end Travel & Expense operations, including corporate card administration, SAP-Concur system processes, expense audit activities, and policy compliance. The role ensures strong internal controls, accurate reporting, smooth travel account operations, and timely resolution of issues. The analyst collaborates with Finance, HR, Compliance, and market teams to maintain process integrity and drive continuous improvement across T&E activities.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

T&E Operations & Card Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of BTA, Amex Corporate Cards, P/M/Travel Cards, including issuance, renewals, cancellations, and compliance checks.
  • Support expense workflows in SAP Concur, including audits, policy enforcement, and transaction approvals.
  • Monitor T&E transactions, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on debt recovery.
  • Serve as a contact point for travel agencies, card providers, and employees.

Audit, Controls & Compliance

  • Conduct T&E expense audits and ensure adherence to policies.
  • Maintain internal controls and support internal/statutory/local audits.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing for T&E-related activities.

System Management & Integration

  • Handle SAP IDoc clearance, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve Concur-SAP integration issues and ensure accurate data posting.
  • Use Concur Detect to identify fraud risks, duplicates, and compliance exceptions.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

  • Prepare T&E, compliance, and analytics reports.
  • Identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Work with Finance, HR, Compliance, and market teams to align operations and resolve escalations.

Process Improvement & Training

  • Support automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide training and guidance on T&E policies and systems to employees.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Compliance, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in T&E operations, travel or card management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, SAP Concur, Concur Detect, and MS Excel.

Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements.


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
