As a member of the Customer Success Services organization, your focus is to deliver implementation support and solutions to the Oracle customer base in area of Oracle EBS Process Manufacturing (OPM) and process Quality modules.
As a Sr. Support Analyst, you will be the functional and technical interface to customers, for resolution of issues related to the Oracle EBS Process Manufacturing (OPM) and Quality modules and recommending enhancements and solutions in areas of EBS Process manufacturing (Process Manufacturing, Costing, Quality) and Hydra interface.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment and working part of large team. May have project lead role. 6-10+ years experience with EBS OPM products in implementation & support roles and have a technical degree i.e., BS Computer Science/Management Information Systems/Science/ Engineering/Math/MBA with a 3.0 GPA OR (for Applications) proven professional/ technical experience, i.e., demonstrating an understanding of EBS Applications at a functional and technical level.

The candidate should have 6+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS Process Manufacturing (OPM) modules and a minimum 2 years of leadership experience working at a customer facing roles. High commitment with his/her customers is must.
Skills- Techno-functional skills in EBS R12 Process Manufacturing (OPM Financial, Process Execution, Product Development, Process Quality & Inventory modules). Any additional knowledge of Hydra support or .NET technology will be added advantage
Technical Skills- Good debugging skills using SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML/BI Publisher and Workflow.
Shift working is mandatory. Ready to work in shifts including night shift on rotation basis. The role will be based in Bangalore / Hyderabad/Noida
