Skills Required
- MBA (finance) required with 4+ years of experience working for a Hedge Fund Administrator or Hedge Fund Operations.
- Basic knowledge of OTC products.
- Number Cruncher and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform Trade processing, Confirmation.
- Chase and Reconciling OTC trade economic trade details in client system vs broker system with counterparty confirmation.
- Interacting with Portfolio managers and Prime Brokers via phone and e-mail for resolution of failed trades.
- Booking related to Unwind, Novation, Expiry.
- Process Daily Swap settlements for Unwind swaps with various Counterparty
- Process Monthly Reset cycle for Swap and ensure that all cash-flow are settlements on time.
- Coordinate with client and counterparty for resolution of any discrepancy in swap settlement process
