JOB DESCRIPTION - BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
OnGrid is a leading digital trust platform offering digital KYC, verifications, and background checks for
onboarding employees, contractors users, merchants, customers, etc. Founded by IIT-B alumni, OnGrid
has completed more than
500+ million checks across
3000+ happy clients.
At OnGrid, we are focused on redefining and reimagining trust, safety, compliance and accountability
through our platforms OnGrid, eLockr, and Gridlines. Having built these basic pillars of trust (and
creating a profitable venture with 400+ full-time people in the process), we now want our imagination
to be let loose and think of avenues never explored, and execute in ways never implemented before.
In this pursuit, we are looking for a motivated
Business Intelligence Analyst who is analytical in
approach, loves solving problems, and someone who can take initiatives to build and improve the
various processes and procedures, identify loopholes and act on the required changes quickly and help
increase operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with operations and provide data-driven insights
- Identify new business opportunities basis operational strengths
- Create efficiency metrics across the board
- Develop quick tools to assist executives and operations team
- Work with the technology team at times
- Deep dive into massive data sets to answer key business questions using MS Excel, SQL, and
other data visualization tools
- Evolve into junior product manager type function
Requirements
- Should have a very inquisitive personality
- Should not be afraid of challenging the status quo
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Is enthusiastic about tech but passionate about business
- Python, SQL etc at a certain proficiency level
- Ability to work well with a team
