The Team
The NVIT product team focuses on incubating and developing emerging technology products to improve client service delivery for the firm and enabling a Digital Deloitte. These emerging technologies include but are not limited to Agentic AI, GenAI, Chatbots, Natural Language Processing, Natural Language Generation, Data Wrangling, Cognitive Technologies, Machine Learning. The team assesses opportunities, evaluates appropriate vendors, develops prototypes and delivers products to the business.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for developing new digital products across Deloitte's businesses Audit, Consulting Services, Tax and Enabling Areas. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Support senior team members across the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements gathering to UAT, go-live, and post-launch support.
- Conduct secondary research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product design best practices.
- Document business requirements, user stories, and process flows based on stakeholder discussions.
- Assist in developing feature documentation, product roadmaps, and technical feasibility analyses in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and product demos for leadership and stakeholder discussions.
- Perform competitive benchmarking and identify opportunities to enhance existing product capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on UAT, data validation, and product release documentation.
Qualifications
- 36 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital solution development.
- Working knowledge of product development frameworks (Agile/Scrum preferred).
- Hands-on understanding of the product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and release management.
- Basic understanding of GenAI/Agentic AI, or data-driven technologies.
- Curiosity and passion for exploring new technologies and digital product concepts.
Work Location: Mumbai/Hyderabad/Bengaluru
Work Timings: 11am to 8pm
Skills Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate business needs into
technical solutions.
- Basic knowledge of GenAI/Agentic AI, automation, analytics, or other emerging digital
technologies.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or
equivalent.
- Experience with product management and documentation tools or design tools such as JIRA,
Confluence, or Figma.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a collaborative
mindset.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies, frameworks, and product concepts.
- High degree of self-confidence, poise, maturity, discretion, diplomacy and empathy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and act in utmost confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities
