Senior Analyst – Trade Support, Loans Operations (Bangalore, India) (CLOSED)

A global financial institution is seeking a Senior Analyst to support trade booking, confirmation, and settlement activities across fixed income and term loan products. This role sits within the Trade Support function, working closely with Middle Office, Asset Servicing, and Data Governance teams to ensure accurate and timely trade lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end trade booking, confirmation, and settlement for Bonds and Term Loans
• Support settlements across DTC, FED, Euroclear, CEDEL, and ClearPar platforms
• Ensure trades are booked accurately in order management systems on T+0
• Monitor pre-matching and ensure timely settlement on value date
• Resolve trade discrepancies, failed trades, and post-settlement claims
• Handle term loan settlement processes using platforms such as ClearPar and Geneva
• Liaise with Front Office, counterparties, custodians, and trustees
• Escalate operational risks and ensure adherence to internal controls and policies

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of investment banking products including Bonds, Term Loans, Equities, FX, and OTC derivatives
• Solid knowledge of trade lifecycle and fixed income operations
• Experience in trade support within capital markets environments
• Strong stakeholder communication and multitasking ability
• Detail-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure
• MBA (Finance) preferred
