Your Role
Responsible for managing enterprise digital sales and engagement platforms (Showpad, Redox, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), driving user adoption, ensuring access governance, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to support end-user productivity and data-driven decision-making.
Digital Tools Administration
- Manage end-to-end user access lifecycle (provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning) for Showpad, Redox, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator tools.
- Ensure timely and accurate access grants/revocations in alignment with organizational role changes, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain access control logs and audit trails to ensure compliance with internal IT and data governance policies.
- Troubleshoot user access issues and coordinate with IT/vendor support teams for resolution.
Adoption Tracking & Reporting
- Design, build, and maintain adoption dashboards and reports to track platform usage, engagement trends, and ROI metrics.
- Analyse usage data to identify low-adoption areas and recommend targeted interventions.
- Present adoption reports and key insights to stakeholders, leadership, and business unit heads on a periodic basis (monthly/quarterly).
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between end users and platform vendors to relay feedback, feature requests, and support needs.
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting metrics across platforms.
End-User Support & Enablement
- Provide first-line support and troubleshooting assistance to end users on platform functionality.
- Develop and deliver training materials, guides, and onboarding sessions to improve user proficiency and adoption.
Who You Are
- 3-4 years of experience in digital tools administration/support within a corporate or life sciences environment
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting and presentations
- Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional organizational structure
- Platform Administration: Showpad, Redox, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Data Analysis & Reporting (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
- Stakeholder Management & Presentation Skills
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Access & Identity Management
- Process Documentation & Compliance Awareness
