Senior Analyst-Marketing Support Specialist- Global Strategic Insights Center

The team supports, develops, writes, and presents market intelligence outputs for internal practitioners across the globe, powering Deloitte's market strategies with insights. The Marketing & Communications capability partners with onshore stakeholders to transform insights into an end-to-end measurable integrated marketing campaign, digitally activated across paid and social media platforms.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Standardized Strategic Support Services on the Global Strategic Insights Center (GSIC) team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing and communications campaigns that support internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Translate business priorities into integrated campaign plans with defined audience segments, messaging, channel mix, success metrics, and execution plans
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery across stakeholders, workstreams, timelines, approvals, and geographies
- Develop executive-ready marketing content, including presentations, campaign toolkits, thought leadership assets, and go-to-market materials
- Support digital activation across social media, search engine optimization, and paid media by coordinating content, briefs, reporting, and performance insights
- Develop campaign dashboards and reporting, maintain tagging and tracking discipline, and identify opportunities to optimize engagement and channel performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes and support team initiatives and onboarding activities

Global Strategic Insights Center (GSIC) provides secondary research and analysis services to global Deloitte Member Firms supporting pursuit, business development, practice development, and client engagements.

Location: Hyderabad, Gurugram, Bengaluru
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or master's degree
- 4-6 years of experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, or marketing communications
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel campaign strategies with defined key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Experience developing executive-ready presentations, campaign content, or go-to-market materials
- Experience using social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid media in marketing campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
Preferred:
- Experience using Sprinklr, Meltwater, Adobe Analytics, or similar marketing and analytics platforms
- Experience supporting search engine optimization (SEO) audits or keyword-based content development
- Experience supporting paid media campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, or publisher platforms
- Experience conducting A/B testing for marketing creatives or campaign assets
- Experience using generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) tools in marketing workflows
