Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sophisticated audience segmentation strategies with Data Extensions, Filters, and advanced SQL queries.
- Build and optimize multi-step Customer Journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and.
- Lead CDP integrations to enable unified customer profiles and support real-time personalization across channels.
- Manage and monitor multi-channel campaign deployments, including email, push notifications, and SMS.
- Conduct rigorous data quality checks, resolve deployment issues, and ensure alignment with data governance and privacy standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, engineering, and composing) to build scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Document campaign architecture, keep deployment records updated, and contribute to automation and data management guidelines.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications (Must have)
- 6-7 years of Marketing Operations experience, with extensive knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proven experience with CDPs, ideally Salesforce Data Cloud, but also open to Snowflake, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong understanding of relational data models.
- Experience working with JSON for data handling, personalization payloads, and API integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and QA complex segmentation logic, data extensions, and campaign workflows.
- Strong grasp of the digital marketing ecosystem, including tools, channels, and measurement strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical collaborators.
Preferred Qualifications (Good To Have)
- Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or its equivalent.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
- Experience with multiple CDPs and data automation platforms.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and compliance guidelines.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience activating push notifications and Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP).
