Key Delivery Areas

Corporate Card Testing

.Support the Product team intestingfor Corporate Card functionalities, including: Corporate Legal Entity (LE) and Card onboarding, Corporate Hierarchy Setup, and Corporate core capabilities setup such as Membership Fees, Grace Days, Billing Cycles, and LPF. Conduct validation for Loyalty setup, Customized Billing Cycles, and various Limit Types.

.Support the Product & BTA Partnership team in POA BTA Core system and Corporate UI testing.

System Integration Validation

.Collaborate with theproject managementteamto test and validate integration points betweenCore systemsand associated platforms. Identify and document any issues during integration testing and support timely resolution.

.Collaborate with Fusion PMO team and product teams to validate integration points between BTA systems and platforms like MYCA, CMS etc

Testing Documentation & Reporting

.Maintaindetailed logs of test cases, results, defects, and resolutionsusing theJIRAplatform. Prepare structured reports and dashboards to update stakeholders, leadership, and audit teams on testing progress and outcomes

Communication & Stakeholder Support

.Assist the Commercial Card project team in creating and distributing communication related tosystem/process changesfor internal and external stakeholders. Developtraining materials, process flows, and ready reckonersfor Corporate Clients, Sales, and internal teams (Operations, Servicing, etc.)

Migration & Transition Activities

.Support the Corporate Product team inproduct migration, transition, and validation activities. Participate in identifying and resolving pre-existing issues affecting migration, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition process for corporate clients. Coordinate and managetraining sessions and calendarsfor smooth knowledge transfer.

.Support inBTA migration/transitionactivities like -TM File migration, TDS, BTA Tokenization, BTA Expiry date etc.

.Fixing of existing issues that are impacting BTA migration.

Qualifications

.MBA with minimum 5-10 years of work experience in credit card industry and complete knowledge of Credit Card lifecycle.

.Experience in commercial cards space is must, along with in-depth understanding of corporate products and processes.

.In depth understanding of platforms like VisionPlus, Lite UI, Jira, Simulator etc.

.Prior experience of Project Management, Platform Testing, etc.

.Strong ability to work independently and drive results.

.Good Presentation & Analytical Skills

.Ability to work across business lines/geographies and manage multiple stakeholders.
