Senior Analyst / Lead - Banking & Treasury

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Hands-on experience with banking and treasury functions.
2. Able to execute payments through e-banking and effecting the transactions in ERP.
3. Effective reconciliation of bank accounts.
4. Manage financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and liquidity risks.
5. Communicate on a day-to-day basis with the Bankers, Financial institutions, Treasury related suppliers.
6. Overseeing day-to-day treasury operations, ensuring efficient cash management, banking relationships, and accurate reporting
7. Fully conversant and ability to execute import remittances fulfilling relevant regulations.
8. Efficient with handling customs payments, Tax and duties payments (TDS, service tax, etc.)
9. Knowledge of Export LC negotiations.
10. Ability to handle bank guarantees.
11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
12. Processing of Accounting transactions in a timely manner in accordance with the standard accounting principles and practices and in compliance with the commercial and tax laws.
13. Ensure transactions are processed observing proper internal controls and checks. Ensure financial vigilance
14. Assist in preparations for Statutory audits, tax audits, tax assessments, etc.
15. Strong organization skills, attention to detail, the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion are also required.
16. Excellent written/verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are a must.
17. Proven ability to meet stringent deadlines and adapt to changing priorities, operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
18. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
19. Flexibility to travel and work evening hours at times as needed.

Education & Experience

Is Education overrated Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and prefer an MBA or Masters in Finance along with

1. 4 10 years of prior experience working in a similar role.
2. Experience of working in IT industry would be preferred
3. Banking, Finance & Treasury profile experience is required.
