Role Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support investor relations teams across fund / pitchdeck, DDQs / RFPs, competitor analysis, portfolio monitoring, fundraising support, and client reporting. The role involves working closely with investment, business development, and investor relations teams to deliver high‑quality materials, insights, and analytics for internal decision‑making and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Investment & Fund Support
- Support preparation of fund pitch decks and marketing materials
- Assist in responding to DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) and RFPs
- Prepare fundraising summaries and track investor interactions
Portfolio Monitoring & Analytics
- Perform portfolio tracking, including performance updates and key metrics
- Prepare portfolio diagnostics highlighting trends, risks, and performance insights
- Generate RepRisk / ESG summaries and other portfolio risk insights
Reporting & Client Deliverables
- Prepare Quarterly Account Review (QAR) books and investor reporting materials
- Support creation of performance updates and investor communication packs
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking
- Track market developments and support strategic insights for investment teams
Investment Operations Support
- Manage investment notifications and updates across stakeholders
- Support coordination with internal teams on deal and portfolio updates
- Assist in maintaining documentation and reporting templates
Key Requirements
Experience & Domain Knowledge
- 5–8 years of experience in investor relations / portfolio analytics / IR support within private equity, asset management, or research firms
- Good understanding of private markets, fund structures, and portfolio monitoring
Systems & Tools
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (financial analysis, presentations, reporting)
- Familiarity with data sources such as RepRisk / ESG data is a plus
Technical Skills
- Experience in:
- Portfolio tracking and performance analysis
- Investor reporting and pitch deck preparation
- DDQs / RFP responses and fundraising support
- Market and competitor research
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to translate data into client‑ready insights and presentations
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience supporting investment or IR teams in PE firms
- Exposure to ESG / risk analytics (RepRisk or similar)
- Familiarity with fundraising lifecycle and investor relations processes
