Job Description

  • Administration of One Identity tool and management of integrated Identities and Services.
  • Responsible for management of incident, problem and change within the IAM Infrastructure.
  • Responsible for documentation and update of IAM Processes and operating procedures.
  • Engineering support of One Identity Manager Environment
  • Management of cloud and on-prem infrastructures hosting IAM.
  • Working knowledge on One identity tools : 1IM Manager / Object Browser / Job Queue / Synchronization editor
  • Understanding of the whole IAM environment, Active Directory Multi forest environment at an enterprise level, Windows OS, IIS, MS SQL server
  • Monitor, Report and Analysis of bugs during and after IAM release versions.
  • Performance management of IAM tools, database and Infrastructure.
  • Administration of Identities and Services integrated with the One IDM tool. Support for Organization integration with the IAM Infra.
  • Collaborate and work with onshore development and project team to provide solutions and assist during Project release, testing and for operational support.
  • Work with Software Development tool (eg, JIRA) and handle various IAM related tasks.
